Priority todo items:

• Get current code to a stable version (incorporate Craigs code, squash new bugs, get rid of unnecessary imports...). At this point make a 'stable' distro and build a new standalone version.
• Copy over the documentation pages from the ifeffit wiki to github (use rst for doc fmt)
• Finish spctohdf, decide how we want to do the layout and parsing...
