Testing the changes
Local build testing
I removed the MUSL patch for Rcpp as it should not be needed any more, Rcpp should now correctly identify musl builds (but I haven't been able to test this). I also remove unneeded dependencies for R-cran-cli.
These packages are grouped together as they are common dependencies for many of the other R-cran-* packages that need updates, once these are in it should be easier to update the rest of the packages.
