Adds mpparse, a Typst WebAssembly plugin package for reading Microsoft Project .mpp task data.\n\nValidation performed locally:\n- cargo test\n- wasm32-unknown-unknown release build\n- typst compile using a local @preview/mpparse:0.1.0 package path\n\nThe package is derived from MPXJ's MPP reader and is licensed LGPL-2.1-only.
