this pr readds the hidden central missile boss from older versions, with a new design made by me, and spawning only after the compass theory and the capitol's reckoning are completed. feel free to change it to requiring fateful intermission instead of the capitol's reckoning if the central missile design i made is far too tough for an average early ep2 ship
