Fix Debian package manager instructions and add RHEL tab The Debian install instructions incorrectly used `yum`, but Debian uses `apt`, like Ubuntu. This updates the Debian commands to use `apt` and adds a separate RHEL-family option using `dnf`, which has superseded `yum` on most modern RPM-based distributions.
