Senior Fullstack Engineer based in Indonesia. 10+ years building web apps that are fast and easy to maintain.
I like building for the web, making systems that can grow, and turning ideas into real products. I care a lot about keeping my code clean. I also write about tech, dev patterns, and gaming.
Day to day I work with TypeScript on Vue/Nuxt and React/Next on the frontend, and Node (Hono, Express, NestJS, Fastify) with GraphQL or REST and PostgreSQL/MySQL on the backend. I ship with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloudflare, and test with Playwright, Cypress, and Vitest.
AI coding agents are part of how I work now. I use them to plan, write, and review code, and I am comfortable owning the parts they get wrong. Most of the projects below were built this way, which let me ship in stacks I do not touch every day.
- Qalbi: a simple Quran app for Android, live on the Play Store. A verse each day, a journal with mood tracking, and dhikr counters, all working offline. Play Store · intro
- Holonesia: a daily news site for trading card games in Indonesia, covering Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, and Dragon Ball. holonesia.com
- PokeTCG Pulls: a Pokémon card pack opening simulator. Open packs and see what you pull, like ripping into the real thing. Public link coming soon.
- wnds: Windows-style Dock shortcuts for the Mac. Press Ctrl and a number to open, focus, or minimize the app in that Dock spot. wnds.avalix.dev · intro
