Hi there 👋

I'm Matt, a Senior Software Engineer at Thread, specializing in AI-powered automation, scalable backend systems, and real-time APIs.

🔭 Currently building: AI-first service delivery and automation tools for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). I'm currently working with a stack that includes PHP (Laravel/Horizon), Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.

🌱 My Background & Open Source Work: Previously, I was a Staff Software Engineer at Packet Tide, where I led AI engineering efforts and maintained core platforms. My past work includes:
