Add a Fediverse statistics page

Description

First take on a statistics page for the Fediverse. It still needs to be integrated with the suggestions in #634.

If you want to build this against WDQS you need to remove countries otherwise it will take ages for it to build until we can merge this and update the cache repository.

• Remove the contains column?
• Make the number off accounts clickable, and the country page filterable by Fediverse

I tried to build but got an error:

./snowman build --verbose && ./snowman server
Building project with 63 views.
Error: Failed to discover views. Error: template: fediverse-statistics.html:18: function "dict_create" not defined

Did I miss something?

You just need to update tour snowman version.
