The compose/dev/indexer-agent.yaml override ran a run-override.sh that predated the DIPs work in the normal run.sh, so an agent booted from main-dips source crashed on startup (undefined indexing-payments subgraph) and never enabled DIPs. Port the missing config: indexing-payments + tap subgraph endpoints, tap address book, and the RecurringCollector-gated DIPs block (ENABLE_DIPS, DIPS_*, DIPPER_ENDPOINT, OFFCHAIN_SUBGRAPHS pin).
- tests/inject-rca.cjs + inject-proposal.sh: encode a SignedRCA and inject pending_rca_proposals rows (both injection-only and Tier-2 on-chain offer posting via RAM.offerAgreement) for the negative/edge checks. - tests/dips-e2e.sh: automated D-1..D-8 regression run. - docs/dips-local-test-run.md: full run log (D/E/N cycles). - docs/dips-test-plan-doc-feedback.md: issues found against the contracts-repo test plan (fed back as doc edits). - BUGS.md: bugs found during the run (stale agent pin, stale dev override, stale CLI).
