feat: banini-tracker 全面優化 Phase 0-6

Summary

• Complete Phase 0-6 from plans/optimization-master-plan.md as a stacked optimization PR.
• Add repo hygiene, README/stats, zero-key demo, focused tests + CI, persona config, weekly report, and architecture split.
• Keep existing CLI commands, --cron, and Web UI routes available.

Validation

• npm run stats => 68.6% (218/318)
• node dist/cli.js demo works from a clean working directory
• npm pack --dry-run includes data/banini-public.db and personas/
• npm test
• npx tsc --noEmit
• npm run dry
• npm run build
• Web route smoke: /, /api/status, protected API 401 checks

Notes

• Base is feat/run-logs because this work was started from that branch; opening directly to master would include the existing run-logs commit.
• Skipped [需人工] items remain as TODOs/placeholders: TG screenshot, npm publish, Zeabur sync, local plans/prompts/Python ownership, weekly live DB sync, optional launch post.
