Preserve inline/graceful error handling for help 404s, optional org bootstrap, Revenue agent probes, and form mutations that already surface errors in-place. Also assert toast dismiss after hover pause resumes. Co-authored-by: telivity-otaip <telivity-otaip@users.noreply.github.com>
