Interface

Display:

• Input: Select the WorkflowSegmentation node (to retain the algorithm's parameters).

  • Module Node: Select the WorkflowSegmentation node.

• Buffer: Select buffer and import/export from file.

  • Import: Import a buffer from file, overwriting the current buffer.
  • Export: Export the current buffer to file.

• Controls: Start/stop recording transforms and select which transforms to record.

  • Transform Selection(s): Select which transforms should be recorded to the current buffer.
  • Start: Start recording transforms to the current buffer.
  • Stop: Stop recording transforms to the current buffer.
  • Clear: Clear all transforms from the current buffer.

• Messages: Add messages to the currently selected buffer.

  • Add Message: Add a message (at time of click) to the current buffer.
  • Removed Message: Remove the currently selected message from the current buffer.
  • Clear Messages: Remove all messages from the current buffer.

Advanced:

• Load: Load parameters associated with the workflow segmentation algorithm.

  • Load Procedure Definition: Load the instructions associated with the desired procedure.
  • Load Input Parameters: Load the algorithm's parameters for workflow segmentation.
  • Load Training Parameters: Load a trained workflow segmentation algorithm's parameters.

• Training: Produce a trained workflow segmentation algorithm.

  • Load Training Data: Add a set of previously segmented procedures to be used to train the algorithm.
  • Train: Train the workflow segmentation algorithm.

• Tools Available: A list of the tools for which workflow segmentation will be performed based on the current state of the algorithm.
