CRB Table 12-4 gives 62,000 gp at 10th and 140,000 at 13th. cr_kits.lst had 63,000 and 150,000. The other 17 PC Level kits already matched, as do the Basic and Heroic NPC gear kits in the same file.

Fixes #7679. cr_kits.lst lines 70 and 76. CRB Table 12-4 gives 62,000 gp at 10th and 140,000 at 13th; the kits had 63,000 and 150,000.
./gradlew build and ./gradlew itest datatest slowtest both pass locally on JDK 25.
