          fix(deps): resolve NU1605 AWSSDK.Core downgrade in Snowflake provider

Snowflake.Data 5.7.0 -> AWSSDK.S3 4.0.20.4 requires AWSSDK.Core >= 4.0.3.28,
but the Snowflake provider's VersionOverride pinned it to 4.0.3.18. Bump the
override to the centrally-managed AWSSDK.Core version (4.0.100.6) to resolve
the downgrade conflict, and regenerate the affected packages.lock.json files.
