Intersphinx links for pandas dtypes. The numpy dtypes (https://numpy.org/doc/stable/reference/arrays.scalars.html#sized-aliases) are a little more complicated... See numpy/numpy#27704

PyArrow dtypes uses func instead of class for intersphinx for some reason 🤷
