Model Files and NCNN libray

Usage

• Copy all model files to src/main/asserts (Models are converted with pnnx)
• Copy NCNN library to src/main/cpp/ncnnvulkan (You can build it yourself and change settings in src/build.gradle)
• Build the project with Android Studio.
