🔴 Project Status: In Development I built this project as a functional prototype to demonstrate my approach to real-time sports data visualization and user experience. It shows how I handle data flow, modular code, and UI design in a practical environment.
🟡 My "Why" Behind ScoreSync I wanted to solve the problem of scattered sports data. My goal was to see if I could create a single, unified interface that handles:
➡️Live Logic: How I structured the real-time updates for global standings.
➡️User Flow: My process for creating a seamless journey from the "Fan Zone" to the "Ticket Zone."
➡️Modular Architecture: How I moved away from "spaghetti code" into clean, separated HTML, CSS, and JS files.
🔵 Project Demo You can see a walkthrough of my current build and how I approached the UI layout here:
🟠 My Approach (How I Built It) Instead of just focusing on making it look good, I prioritized the technical structure:
➡️Data Organization: I mapped out how Football, Cricket, and Basketball data would be categorized for the user.
➡️Component Thinking: I treated the seat selection and live analytics as separate modules to make future development easier.
➡️Authentication UI: I built the "Welcome Back" gateway to simulate how a real user would access their profile.
🟣 Future Roadmap Since this is an early-stage prototype, I have identified several key areas where I plan to expand the functionality:
➡️Live API Integration: My next step is to replace the static mockup data with real-time feeds from a professional Sports API to show live scores.
➡️Backend Authentication: I plan to build a secure Firebase or Node.js backend to make the "Welcome Back" login page fully functional.
➡️Dynamic Ticket Booking: I want to implement a real-time seat selection logic where users can see which seats are being taken by others in real-time.
➡️Mobile-First Optimization: I intend to refine the CSS Grid and Flexbox layouts to ensure the dashboard looks perfect on mobile devices, not just desktops.
➡️Personalized Fan Alerts: I am looking into adding a notification system so users can get "Goal Alerts" for their favorite teams.
⚪ Tech Stack
➡️Frontend: HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox & Grid)
➡️Logic: JavaScript (ES6+)
➡️Version Control: Git & GitHub
➡️Design & Demo: Clipchamp (Video) & YouTube
Note: This prototype is currently optimized for Desktop Viewing (1920x1080) to provide the best experience for complex data visualization. Mobile responsiveness is planned for a future update.
