In some cases, users experienced Echo or Empath creating a redundant expander module, even when there was already the correct module in place. The patch would continue to accumulate extra expander modules in some cases. This maintenance release fixes this one issue. For more details, see: cosinekitty/sapphire#193

I know this is very soon after Sapphire v2.6.006, but a user found a bug that I wanted to fix and release before creating any more modules/features.
In some cases, users experienced Echo or Empath creating a redundant expander module, even when there was already the correct module in place. The patch would continue to accumulate extra expander modules in some cases.
This Sapphire release includes just the single bug fix.
