Currently, assemblies are added to the object tree as a single entry. This PR seeks to change that so that assembly objects can be selected individually for things like STL export.
The initial commit of this represents an assembly as a flat listing of the assembly objects in the Object viewer, but I am looking at handling nested assemblies as trees.
