Machine Learning Module

BALL's new QSAR component comes with extensive machine learning capabilities. This however is APIwise QSAR specific. As there is interest from other components to use ML techniques it was decided to create a generic ML module.

The development branch for this is located in the BALL_devel repository, branch: machine_learning It will be located in the folders MATHS/ML
