epic: add Android ELF build IDs

Goal

Add stable ELF build IDs to every Bitkit-owned Rust Android library and adopt the released artifacts in Bitkit Android so Google Play can match packaged libraries with their uploaded native debug symbols.

Acceptance criteria

• Four producer PRs and one Android integration PR are available for review.
• Each producer PR adds -Wl,--build-id=sha1 to every published Android target and prepares its versioned draft release.
• The Android PR collects Paykit symbols alongside bitkit-core, LDK, and VSS for both release ABIs.
• The four producer PRs receive approval, merge, and publish their prepared Android artifacts and native debug-symbol archives.
• fix: integrate android elf build-id releases #1106 adopts LDK 0.7.0-rc.58, bitkit-core 0.4.4, VSS 0.5.21, and Paykit 0.1.0-rc40.
• The Android integration passes the complete build, test, lint, and native-symbol archive checks against the published artifacts.
• fix: integrate android elf build-id releases #1106 receives approval and merges, closing fix: adopt Android ELF build-ID releases #1104.
• Close the producer implementation issues and this epic after the Android integration merges.
