add a layout component that sets the bodyportal context and grid styles

It might be nice to have a `Layout` or `LayoutProvider` wrapper component that contains a few popular layout options, such as "sidebar-nav-main" and "nav-main". The component can set the BodyPortalSlotsContext values accordingly, as well as inject a global style that sets up the grid on `<body>`
