bug: Edit Page link doesn't show on android devices

Ah, I see the links on the desktop browser on Windows. I've been doing a
lot of reading using my Android device and the Support and Edit page
links don't show up in Firefox or Chrome even when "Request desktop
site" or "Desktop site" is checked.

Note: The blue "Support" tab also doesn't appear on Android devices (I suspect all mobile)
