Glitching, flashing window in Ghidra

What happened?

I have Ghidra 12.0.4 and pyghidra.
After installing plugin i have this weird effect where window just flashes constantly to blank.
I've used pre-built version for Ghidra 11.4 and also manually built for my Ghidra version(12.0.4). Both have same issue.
Alt tabbing fixes the look, but when focusing on plugin's window problem rises again.

Do you mind checking if this happens when running pyghidra only or also when running regular ghidra (java)?

Hello, I just want to add I encountered the same issue. Ghidra 11.4.2, used ghidra_11.4.2_PUBLIC_20250929_retsync.zip , with x64dbg.

After I somehow managed to make it dock, the problem goes away fortunately. I can try to repro with starting fresh new ghidra and tell me what logs to collect

Could it be something like NationalSecurityAgency/ghidra#8316 ? I sometimes have that on macOS and use the workaround detailed there. Since you seem to use Windows, maybe have a look at other related issues if that does not fix it. As far as I tell, it is most probably a Ghidra issue, until we prove it wrong...
