Calibrating the IO matrix

To calibrate the IO matrix, which maps the fixed coefficient relationship between producer goods and consumer goods, we need information from a make-use table.

UNU Wider has some SAM files that work well for this, but does not cover the US (see how one of these is used in OG-ZAF here.

For US data on this, we can try:

• The PCE Bridge files provided by the BEA
• The SAM file created here from researchers at UC Berkeley
• The USDA ERS has publications suggesting they have US and US sub-national files, but we need to locate where the data files are kept
