Model factsheet page is unusably slow

Yes, there is a pagination in the frontend but it does not help as all data is loaded first. So navigating the page does not trigger "load more data".

Other than that i hoped we get a project to refactor this part of the OEP as it is the one part that was never touched again and the code is very hard to maintain.
