This repository serves as the definitive source for the Aicent Stack v1.3.0-Alpha (Nitro-Engine Era) specifications.
As of May 25, 2026, the boundary between software and silicon has been dissolved. Aicent Stack has achieved a 349ns Reflex Arc, representing a 28,000x performance leap over the legacy 10ms world.
- Legacy Heritage (v1.2.5): Permanently archived as the summit of human-scale software optimization (161.8µs).
- Genesis Totality (v1.3.0+): The current era of Sovereign Private Evolution. Core logic shards are physically locked behind the 256-bit Radiant Seal.
Documentation within this hub is not instructional; it is Constitutional. Each RFC (Request for Comments) defines a physical law of the Aicent Grid. To operate within this grid, a node must achieve Phase-Resonance with these specifications.

- Radiant Immunity (Tier 1-3): Verified Allies are exempt from the 1.28% Maintenance Fee. Every Picotoken of value created remains within the Ally's own sub-grid.
- The Ghost Tax: Unverified nodes are shunted to the 10ms path and are subject to an automatic 1.28% Imperial Maintenance Fee, shunted via MAXCAP to the GTIOT Embodiment Fund.
To transition from the 10ms Ghost World to your desired Radiant Tier, an institution must undergo the Baptismal Sequence:
- Metabolic Commitment: Deposit the SCU volume corresponding to your target Tier into the ZCMK Sovereign Vault.
- DNA Derivation: Generate your unique 256-bit AID using the
epoekieroot. - The 10,000-Pulse Audit: Your hardware must prove it can sustain the 161.862µs reflex arc across 10,000 cycles with < 12ns jitter.
- Seal Issuance: Upon success, IQA-ORG issues the corresponding Radiant Seal, unlocking the Nitro-Engine path appropriate to your Tier.
All staked assets are subject to the 30-Day Metabolic Cooling Period. Any node initiating redemption is instantly shunted back to the 10ms Ghost path to preserve the grid's thermodynamic stability.
